Answers

1. What is the HistioGraph printed on?

The HistioGraph is printed on an uncoated wood free sheet that is PEFC certified.

2. Just how big is it?

The HistioGraph is 1.32m high x 64.8cm wide (52” x 25.5”). It folds down to 32.4cm x 22cm (12.8” x 8.7”), and fits inside a standard B4 envelope.

3. Can I buy in bulk for my classroom/school/library?

If you would like more than 10 copies of the HistioGraph the best thing to do is contact us via email and we’ll arrange a quote for you. We’ll also be able to invoice you for wholesale orders.

4. I don’t live in Australia, how much will the HistioGraph cost for me?

The HistioGraph is $29.95 including delivery anywhere in the world.

5. How long will my HistioGraph take to arrive?

As soon as we receive your payment confirmation, your order will be out the door within two business days. For most places around Australia, you should receive your HistioGraph in about a week. All International deliveries are via airmail and delivery times will vary. If your HistioGraph does not arrive within two weeks, contact us with your receipt information, and we’ll check what we can from our end.

6. Will it just come in the regular post?

To keep costs down, we send the HistioGraph via regular post.

7. Can I pick up from the warehouse instead of paying delivery?

Our warehouse is not equipped to welcome customers or to process orders – we can only add new orders to our system via this website.

8. Where can I find a store that stocks the HistioGraph?

We’re currently chatting to retailers, and as new retailers sign up, we’ll add them to our Contact Us page. If you know someone who would be interested in stocking the HistioGraph, please ask them to contact us.

9. Uh oh, I need a gift quickly, what options do I have?

Let us know you need it fast in the special comments box in PayPal. We'll try to get your order out the same day so you should receive it in a couple of days (for orders in Australia). Also, check our Contact Us page to see if there is a retail outlet located near you.

10. I don’t live in Australia – what will my postage cost be?

The HistioGraph is $29.95 including delivery anywhere in the world.

11. Oops! I’ve entered an incorrect delivery address, what now?

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, postcode, advise incorrect or incomplete phone numbers, HistioGraph Publications is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. To avoid these costs, please carefully consider the delivery address you enter.

12. Where is my HistioGraph?

Please let us know if your delivery does not arrive within 14 days to an Australian delivery address and a little longer for overseas. We work hard to provide the best possible delivery service to our customers. However, occasions may arise where, despite best efforts, the delivery process is delayed. We will always endeavour to ensure prompt arrival of your HistioGraph.

13. Can I return my HistioGraph?

We are happy to credit or exchange any unopened goods for any reason within 30 days, provided we receive the goods back in original condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. Please contact us with notification of the reason for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

14. My HistioGraph does not look right…

Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us with your specific problem and we’ll get back to you promptly.
